2.1.- This Legal Notice establishes the general conditions of use that regulate access to, browsing and use of the website www.zumit.es (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Legal Notice’), WEBSITE), as well as the responsibilities derived from the use of its contents. In addition, the provision of certain services or activities within the framework of the WEBSITE may also be subject to other specific conditions that may be established and which, where appropriate, replace, complement and/or modify the general conditions of use of this Legal Notice.

2.2.- This WEBSITE is a service that Zumit makes available to Internet users for information purposes, and may make any modifications it deems appropriate to its design, configuration and contents at any time and without prior notice.

2.3.- Access to and use of this WEBSITE confers on the visitor the status of USER and implies full and unreserved acceptance, from said access and/or use, of each and every one of the conditions of use included by Zumit in this Legal Notice, in the version published at the time of accessing the same. 3.1.- Access to this WEBSITE is free and free of charge, except for the cost of connection to the telecommunications network supplied by the operator contracted by each USER.

3.2.- The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the WEBSITE. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content.

The USER undertakes to make appropriate, diligent and lawful use of the content and services offered by Zumit through the WEBSITE, which includes, but is not limited to, not using them for:

4.1.- Zumit undertakes to process personal data in a manner that respects the rights of data subjects and in accordance with the data protection regulations in force at any given time.

4.2.- In each data collection form on the WEBSITE, basic data protection information is made permanently available to the USER, relating to the identification of the data controller, the purposes of the processing and the rights that can be exercised by the data subject, as well as a link to additional and detailed data protection information included in the WEBSITE’s privacy policy. 5.2.- The reproduction, distribution, transformation and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of the WEBSITE for commercial purposes, on any support and by any technical means, without the prior and express authorisation of Zumit, is expressly prohibited.

5.3.- The USER undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Zumit and may view the elements of the WEBSITE and even print, copy and store them on the hard disk of their computer or on any other physical medium provided that this is solely and exclusively for their personal and private use. The USER shall refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the WEBSITE.

In this respect, if USERS become aware of the unlawfulness of activities carried out through these linked third-party web pages, they must notify Zumit immediately so that the link to these pages can be disabled.

Likewise, the inclusion of any type of link by Zumit to other Internet sites shall not imply that there is any type of relationship, association, collaboration or dependence between Zumit and the owner of the external website.

  1. Right of exclusion

8.1.- Zumit reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the WEBSITE and/or to the content and services offered therein, without prior notice, to USERS who fail to comply with these general conditions of use or any special conditions that may be established.

9.1.- In the event of any discrepancy between the provisions of these general conditions of use and the particular conditions of each specific service, the provisions of the latter shall prevail.

  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship established between Zumit and the USER shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force. For the resolution of any conflict and, unless otherwise provided by law, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante.
