Our story did not begin in a garage, but it is an innovative one. Zumit was created in 2008 in Alicante, when its founder was sitting on the terrace of a bar. After reviewing the drinks menu, he noticed a lack of healthy options and decided to introduce smoothies made with 100% natural fruit and vegetables using deep-freezing (IQF system). This method, pioneering at the time, democratised healthy choices on menus in all kinds of establishments.

CSR is one of Zumit’s fundamental principles. We want to bring natural and healthy products to as many people as possible, while minimising our impact in the production and distribution of our products. That’s why all our packaging is 100% recyclable and made from recycled material, such as our Cold Press packaging and our plastic takeaway cups, which are made from RPET and are made from recycled and sustainable materials.

Zumit donates part of its products to food banks, such as the Madrid Food Bank, and to soup kitchens through the San Vicente de Paúl Association.
