Making our Healthy Smoothie
1. We are going to open the bag of single-dose fruit that we fancy the most, straight from the freezer and pour it into the blender.

3. We cover our shredding machine and shred all our ingredients for a few minutes. 30 seconds(if we want a small piece of fruit to remain), 60 seconds(for the ideal smoothie texture), this is the recommended time (for a much more liquid texture), or 90 seconds (for a much more liquid texture).
