Last week, from 6 to 8 March, Horeca Professional Expo was held at IFEMA in Madrid, the largest gathering of professionals and entrepreneurs from the HORECA world. More than 43,700 professionals were able to attend the fair, achieving the highest number of visitors to date. They were able to see a complete x-ray of the current industry and the challenges it faces.
Our team was able to meet with large companies in the HORECA sector, where it became clear that the healthy food sector is becoming increasingly important in this sector. Professionals are looking for natural premium products, as more and more customers in the Horeca sector are looking for products that can complete their lunches, dinners, lunches, etc…
