Zumit nació en 2008 en Alicante, fundada por Guillermo Ortega, un deportista comprometido con los hábitos saludables.
Durante un viaje a Australia, descubrió la amplia oferta de opciones naturales en la hostelería y se dio cuenta de la notable carencia de alternativas similares en España, dominada por refrescos y bebidas azucaradas.
This led to the idea of introducing smoothies made with 100% natural fruit and vegetables using ultra-freezing (IQF system), a pioneering method that democratized healthy options in all types of establishments.
Our business vision is to create a NATURAL ALTERNATIVE made from real ingredients that retain all their properties.
We offer a nutritious, energetic and healthy option without compromising on taste.
The Zumit Group has continued to grow since its inception, establishing itself as a leading brand in the natural smoothie sector.
Our headquarters, located in Alicante, are the heart of the company, but today we have a solid network of distributors in Spain, France and Italy, as well as two strategic subsidiaries located in Portugal and the Canary Islands, which allow us to offer an agile and local service.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
CSR is one of Zumit’s fundamental principles. We want to bring natural and healthy products to as many people as possible, while minimising our impact in the production and distribution of our products. That’s why all our packaging is 100% recyclable and made from recycled material, such as our Cold Press packaging and our plastic takeaway cups, which are made from RPET and are made from recycled and sustainable materials.

In addition, at Zumit we donate some of our products to food banks, such as the Madrid Food Bank, and to soup kitchens through the San Vicente de Paúl Association.
